Billing concerns

How do you charge for your services?

Azopio is always billing and processing the payment of your subscription on the same day every month. For example if you subscribed and entered your payment details (credit card ou Paypal) on the 12th of August, then you will be charged on the 12th day of each successive month.

What is the commitment period?

There is no commitment period with Azopio: you can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

How do I switch to another plan?

You can switch your plan at any time. To do so you have to go to your Azopio account and follow these instructions:

  • 1) Click on the “Manage your account” tab
  • 2) Then Click on “Manage your subscription”
  • 3) The service that you have currently subscribed to will appear in green. Click on the “Subscribe” button corresponding to the plan you wish to switch and follow the instructions

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription and stop payments at any time. To do so you have to go to your Azopio account and follow these instructions:

  • 1) Click on the “Manage your account” tab
  • 2) Then Click on “Manage your subscription”
  • 3) The service that you have currently subscribed to will appear in green. Click on the “Subscribe” button corresponding to the “FREE” plan and follow the instructions

What happens if I cancel my Azopio subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to use the subscribed services.

Once your subscription is cancelled, your account is downgraded to the “FREE” plan with its associated restrictions applied.
